The foundation of our services is based on weekly or bi-weekly dedicated on site visits and 24/7 proactive monitoring of your infrastructure. This holistic approach allows us to be more like employees to you, than an outsourced consulting firm at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated IT staff or IT administrator.
Re-Occurring On Site Visits
We’ll work with you to choose a day of the week and amount of time you’d like us to be on site. We will be there every week in that time slot(s) to be at your service.
This allows you and your staff to queue problems that may be of lower priority than a “stoppage of work,” type issue. It also allows us to directly interact with you to determine what projects you would like to coordinate with us and lets us have the time to do routine maintenance and up keep that sometimes get overlooked and causes expensive virus outbreaks, hardware failures or software incompatibilities. It will give us a feeling of ownership of your network so that we treat is as our own network.
Monitoring and Proactive Services
The monitoring suite of tools that we use is free of charge other than the labor time for installation and maintenance, which we can work into your weekly visits. This software is recognized in the IT community as a solid foundation for monitoring and tracking everything related to your infrastructure.

Remote Support
To supplement the weekly visits we set up secure remote access into your systems, from servers to desktops. We will also work though a problem as much as possible over the phone. If you have a medium priority issue that cannot wait for a weekly visit, we will have the ability to support you in a timely manor.
Emergency and Unscheduled On Site Support
Emergency issues do arise. We strive to be as proactive as possible to avoid them, but sometimes they are unavoidable. In these circumstances we can be on site as quickly as possible.
After Hours Support
Many time larger projects that require scheduled down time must occur after hours. We understand this and accept it as part of the IT world that we live and work in. After hours, from our point of view, is from 6PM to 6:59 AM on weekdays and starting on Friday at 6PM to 6:59 AM Monday morning. We do charge a premium for after hours work.
Hardware and Software Procurement
Unlike some other firms we will not frown upon anyone that has an existing relationship with any hardware or software vendor. We do not discriminate based on make or manufacturer of your existing hardware or where you have or would like to purchase from.
Our viewpoint is that we are here to be as transparent of an IT department for you as possible. This means working with a vendor you are comfortable with. It is our obligation to continue that relationship. If you do not have a preferred vendor, we can assist you in finding one that meets your needs.
