Rates
I negotiate a monthly, weekly or hourly rate with each client individually. The more hours per week we commit to each other, the lower the base rate I charge for each of those hours. I’ll work under a W2 or a 1099. (But prefer a 1099.)

When you find yourself in need of any type of computer, network infrastructure support or if you are thinking of doing an upgrade to hardware, software or infrastructure and aren’t quite sure where to start, I’m here to help you.
From troubleshooting issues on a single computer to full forklift hardware upgrades, I can be at your service on demand.
I have over 10 years of experience in desktop and server support. I’ve seen and worked with many problems and equipment. This gives me good insight and troubleshooting skills to get you back up and running with a minimum of lost time.
Holistic Network Administration and Monitoring
The foundation of the holistic service model I offer is based on weekly or bi-weekly re-occurring on site visits and 24/7 proactive monitoring of your infrastructure. This holistic approach allows me to be more like an employee to you, at a fraction of the cost of dedicated IT staff.
Re-Occurring On Site Visits
I’ll work with you to choose a day of the week and amount of time you’d like me to be on site. I will be there every week in that time slot(s) to act as your hired IT Administrator.
This allows you and your staff to queue problems that may be of lower priority than a “stoppage of work,” type issue so they can be addressed in a predictable, cost effective manor.
It allows me to directly interact with you on a regular basis to determine what concerns you have and what projects you would like to coordinate with me.
It lets me have the time to do routine maintenance and up keep that sometimes get overlooked and causes expensive virus outbreaks, hardware failures or software incompatibilities that could have been avoided.
I will track and set up forecasting for your network costs so you can properly budget for it. The goal is to reduce your overall IT costs of ownership.
24/7 Proactive Monitoring and Tracking
The monitoring suite of tools that I use is free of charge other than the time for installation and maintenance, which will be worked into your weekly visits. This software is recognized in the IT community as an innovative leader and solid foundation for monitoring and tracking everything related to your computer infrastructure.

I have been a product advisor for Spiceworks since it was in it’s beta stages. I know the product inside and out and help the vendor determine which feature requests are important and the best ways to implement them.
Hardware and Software Procurement
Unlike some other firms, I will not frown upon anyone that has an existing relationship with any hardware or software vendor. I do not discriminate based on make or manufacturer of your existing hardware or where you like to purchase from.
My viewpoint is that I’m here to be as transparent of an IT department for you as possible. I want to help you watch your bottom line, not my internal sales figures. This means working with a vendor you are comfortable with. It is my obligation to continue that relationship. If you do not have a preferred vendor, I can assist you in finding one that meets your needs.

Website Design
Enola Technologies can design and maintain your website. I utilize technologies that allow you to manage the content on your web page with a simple word processor type interface. If you work in Microsoft Word, you will be able to manage your website with ease!
There are many plug-in modules for the framework used to expand your websites functionality. Best of all it’s all open source so you don’t have to pay for expensive custom web applications.

Remote Support
To enable quicker on demand support or to supplement the weekly site visits I can set up secure remote access into your systems; from servers to desktops.
I will also work though a problem as much as possible over the phone. If you have a medium priority issue that cannot wait for a weekly visit, I have the ability to support you in a timely manor.
Emergency On Site Support
Emergency issues do arise. I strive to be as proactive as possible to avoid them, but sometimes they are unavoidable. In these circumstances I can be on site as quickly as possible.
After Hours Support
Many time larger projects that require scheduled down time must occur after hours. I understand this and accept it as part of the IT world that I live and work in. After hours, from my point of view, is from 6PM to 6:59 AM on weekdays and starting on Friday at 6PM to 6:59 AM Monday morning. I do charge a premium for after hours work.
